Bennetts BSB - important spectator information

If you're coming to the penultimate round of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship at Donington Park this weekend (4-6 October), here's some handy information to help you make the most of your visit.

Camping for this weekend is SOLD OUT and there will be no tickets available to purchase on the gate. The campsite will open at midday on Thursday 3 October and will close at midday on Monday 7 October. 

Please note that due to weather conditions camping has been relocated to the Heritage Loop area to the west of the park, accessible by the west entrance. Please follow signage. More information can be found here.

Gate opening time 
The gate opening time for this weekend is 7.30am each day.

If you have elected to have tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the main MSV office at Brands Hatch, Fawkham, Longfield, Kent, DA3 8NG.

Print-at-home tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, log in to your MSV account to access them. Print all your e-documents and bring them to the venue. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue, you must have your e-tickets printed.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Bike parking and security 
Bike parking is on the Heritage Loop. Please make sure you lock your bike and set the alarm and immobiliser if it has one. Consider having your bike security marked to deter thieves and make it easier to identify and return if it is stolen.

Starkey's Parking
The Starkey's Parking area overlooking the Old Hairpin has very limited on the day availability for £10 per car. All persons in the car will also require a valid entry ticket. If you have purchased Starkey's Parking, you will be directed to the parking area by security and stewards upon arrival at the venue, please follow the signage.

Helmet and Leather park 
For fans riding to the event, there will be a helmet and leather storage facility on Saturday and Sunday on the Heritage Loop next to the bike park. This will be operated by the Rotary Club, with all proceeds donated to local good causes.

Grandstand seats 
Hollywood corner grandstand is open on Saturday and Sunday, priced £5 for Saturday and £20 for Sunday. You can purchase upgrades direct from the grandstand.

Pit walk 
There is a free pit walk on Sunday at 11.45. Anyone intending to take part will need to arrive at the queuing point next to Victory Lane (between Garage 39 restaurant and the end of the pit lane garages) a minimum of 15 minutes early.

Rider meet and greets
Come and meet the riders for photos and autographs at the Bennetts BSB hub, and the Vauxhall and Claim Your Motorbike Accident (CYMA) stands in the paddock.

Garage 39 
Donington's major new restaurant, bar and café - Garage 39 - will be open all weekend from 07.30 to 23.00, serving great food and drink. Keep the party going into the evening with some fantastic local live music:

Friday night: Iron Tyger
Saturday night: Joey Collins and The Officers Club

There is a cashpoint located in the Megastore.

Bennetts BSB radio 
You won't miss any of the commentary from anywhere around the circuit by tuning in to 87.7FM. Headsets on sale from the ticket booths, grandstands and kiosk. You can also contact the BSB radio team via text to 60777 starting your message with bsb or by email to studio@britishsuperbike.com.

Event programmes are available for just £5 from booths at Donington's main entrances, in the paddock, Garage 39, the paddock newsagent, the Megastore and on the Hollywood Grandstand. Each programme includes rider profiles and a selection of in-depth articles on all championships competing this weekend.

Big screens 
You won't miss any of Sunday's race action thanks to our four big screens at the following locations:

-    Infield, facing Hollywood Grandstand
-    Infield of Redgate, facing Redgate Hospitality Suites
-    Infield facing Goddards Hospitality Suites
-    Starkeys/Schwantz, facing the infield and campsite

The Donington Park funfair will be open throughout the weekend next to the trade area on the infield with a selection of thrilling rides and bouncy castles for race fans of all ages. Note: individual charges apply.

Trade village 
A trade area will be in operation all weekend on the infield, with dealers and manufacturers represented, plus championship partners and stalls selling parts, accessories and rider and team merchandise.

Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.
