Brookes takes race two to halve Redding lead

The Bennetts British Superbike Championship title will go down to the wire in the final race of the weekend at Brands Hatch after Josh Brookes took his second race win to close the gap on Be Wiser Ducati teammate Scott Redding to just 14 points.

Brookes rode a sublime race to keep his title hopes alive, but Redding battled through the field and the pair jostled for the lead in the final laps. Brookes has now slashed Redding's championship lead from 28 at the start of the weekend to 14 with one race remaining.
