Donington Park season to close with capacity Dukeries Rally

Monday, November 08 2021

The MAXUS Dukeries Rally will conclude the 2021 Donington Park motorsport season on Sunday 5 December, when a capacity entry of 100 cars takes on a vastly transformed venue. Tickets are available for £14 in advance, with discounts for teenagers aged 13-15 while children under 13 go free. Click here to book now.

Stage rallying is one of the most varied events on the Donington calendar, as cars take on six special stages that encompass the circuit and surrounding areas such as the paddocks and access roads, with a bit of off-roading usually thrown in for good measure! Look out then, for power slides, handbrake turns and a Scandinavian flick or two.

As ever, the rally has enticed a full entry of cars ranging from WRC-type specials, as well as rally favourites such as Subaru Imprezas, Mitsubishi Evos and of course, the ubiquitous Ford Escort. Entries include 2020 winners Frank Bird and Jack Morton's Ford Fiesta, and even a crew flying in from Jamaica!

The event will be the third round of the2021/22 Motorsport News Circuit Rally Championship and the season finale for five regional series, meaning that each competitor has plenty to play for.

The paddocks will be open allowing up close access to the teams and drivers as they prepare for each stage, while the Donington Park spectator areas will offer superb vantage points of the action. Tickets are available in advance until 4pm on Thursday 2 December. For more information or to book, click the link below.

How we continue to keep you safe: COVID-19

Whilst our motor racing circuits are outdoor venues, with spectators dispersed over a very wide area, we recognise the importance of maintaining sensible precautions to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. We have therefore retained many of the protocols that have been in place since we welcomed spectators back again in May. Click here for details.
