Bank holiday Bennetts BSB - Important Info

Gate opening times 
The gate opening times for this weekend is 7.30am each day.

Tickets will be available on the gates at the following prices:

Adults £12, Teens (ages 13-15) £8, Seniors (ages 65 and above) £10

Adults £20, Teens (ages 13-15) £12, Seniors (ages 65 and above) £15

Adults £35, Teens (ages 13-15) £21, Seniors (ages 65 and above) £27

Children under 13 go free.

If you have elected to have tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the venue office.

Print-at-home tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, log in to your MSV account to access them. Print all your e-documents and bring them to the venue. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue, you must have your e-tickets printed.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Bike parking and security 
Bike parking is on the Tarmac Lake. Please make sure you lock your bike and set the alarm and immobiliser if it has one. Consider having your bike security-marked to deter thieves and make it easier to identify and return if it is stolen.

Helmet and Leather park 
For fans riding to the event, there will be a helmet and leather storage facility on Saturday and Sunday on the Tarmac Lake near the bike park at Gate 4. This is operated by iLocker and charged at £5 per item.

The campsite will open at midday on Thursday 23 May and will close at midday on Monday 27 May.

Grandstand seats 
Hollywood corner grandstand is open on Saturday and Sunday, priced £10 for Saturday and £20 for Sunday. You can purchase upgrades direct from the grandstand.

Pit walk 
There is a free pit walk on main raceday (Sunday) at 11.25. Anyone intending to take part will need to arrive at the queuing point next to Victory Lane (between Garage 39 restaurant and the end of the pit lane garages) a minimum of 15 minutes early.

Rider meet and greets
Come and meet the riders for photos and autographs at the Bennetts BSB hub in the paddock opposite Garage 39 restaurant.

Garage 39 
Donington's major new restaurant, bar and café - Garage 39 - will be open all weekend from 07.30 to 23.00, serving great food and drink. In the evenings, we welcome some local bands in the bar:

Friday night: Saffell Records Band 
Saturday night: Eddie & the Wolves and Iron Tyger

There is a cashpoint located in The Megastore.

Bennetts BSB radio 
You won't miss any of the commentary from anywhere around the circuit by tuning in to 87.7FM. Headsets on sale from the ticket booths, grandstands and kiosk. You can also contact the BSB radio team via text to 60777 starting your message with bsb or by email to
studio@britishsuperbike.com .

Event programmes are available for just £5 from booths at Donington's main entrances, in the paddock, Garage 39 and on the Hollywood Grandstand. Each programme includes rider profiles and a selection of in-depth articles on all championships competing this weekend.

Big screens 
You won't miss any of the weekend's race action thanks to our four big screens at the following locations:

-    Infield, facing Hollywood Grandstand
-    Infield of Redgate, facing Redgate Hospitality Suites
-    Infield facing Goddards Hospitality Suites
-    Starkeys/Schwantz, facing the infield and campsite

The Donington Park funfair will be open throughout the weekend next to the trade area on the infield with a selection of thrilling rides and bouncy castles for race fans of all ages. Note: individual charges apply.

Trade village 
A vast trade area will be in operation all weekend on the infield, with dealers and manufacturers represented, plus championship partners and stalls selling parts, accessories and rider and team merchandise.

The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time
