Donington Park hosts not one, but two, race meetings this weekend with the MG Car Club Championships on Saturday 2 July immediately followed by Equipe GTS Classic Racing on Sunday 3 July.

Saturday will feature a busy 14-race programme, with a line-up primarily showcasing machines from the iconic MG marque. This will include the MGCC MG Cup, plus a full range of championships and series which place the spotlight on various MGs.

Another classic British name which will appear on the MGCC day will be that of Morgan, which will be celebrated in the Morgan Challenge one-make races. For a full Saturday timetable, click here.

Sunday's action will focus on nostalgia, with an Equipe Classic Racing Super Sprint race event. The Super Sprint day will offer up a unique race format as classic sports cars from the '60s take part in a series of heat races throughout the day.

The Equipe Super Sprint will culminate in a trio of finals at the end of the day as the cars are grouped into grids with similar performance. 

The paddock at both race events will be open, enabling spectators to wander amongst the cars as they're prepared for track action and meet the teams and drivers.
