Retro F1 comes to Donington Park with Masters Historic this weekend

Monday, July 13 2020

Visitors to Donington Park can revel in the glorious sound of F1's past with the Masters Historic Formula One Weekend this Saturday and Sunday (18-19 July).

The venue will continue to operate at a reduced capacity for two days of high-octane action, headlined by a stunning grid of three-litre Grand Prix machines from the 1970s, with a range of hygiene and social distancing measures in place in place to ensure that visits are safe and enjoyable.

Star F1 cars will include machines from several of the sport's most iconic manufacturers, resplendent in original liveries, whilst the other major highlight will be the Aston Martin Masters Endurance Legends series for '90s and '00s Le Mans sports cars.

The line-up will be completed by the entertaining Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars and Pre-66 Minis, plus the Masters Historic Sports Cars and Gentlemen Drivers sports-racing and GT categories.

To guarantee admission to this event you must purchase tickets in advance by midday on Friday 17 July, or be in possession of a valid season or resident's pass.

In order to comply with guidance from the relevant motorsport authorities, visitors will not be able to access the paddock and pit lane for the time being, and no overnight stays will be permitted until at least the end of July (other than for competitors).
