Donington Park is gearing up for another weekend of summer two-wheeled action, with a full weekend's Thundersport GB Club Bike Championship action this weekend (23/24 July).

Hundreds of bikers are expected to compete at the East Midlands venue with no fewer than 39 races planned across a range of classes on Saturday and Sunday. Strong entries are expected as clubman racers follow immediately in the wheeltracks of the World Superbike Championship at the famous circuit.

The club's leading categories will all be in action, including the 'big bikes' of the headline Thundersport GP1 series. Additional categories in action include Thundersport 500 Elite & Sportsman, GP2 Supertwins and Stocktwins, Thundersport 600 Sportsman Elite and Pre-National 600 Sport & Freshman.

Retro favourites will also return to the track with action for Classic and Golden Era Superbikes, and Golden Era Supersport and Steelsport contenders.

The paddock will be open throughout the event, allowing spectators to get a close up glimpse of the bikes and their riders as they prepare for each race.

Tickets for Thundersport GB at Donington Park on 23/24 July are  available in advance from £14 with discounts for 13-15-year-olds and free entry for under-13s.
